A Freedom of Information Request to Suffolk County Council has resulted in the first release of documents from the 318 documents listed by SCC as relating to the Sudbury Relief Road.
This undated document (presumably from 2003) is quite interesting in that the scheme proposed in 2003 clearly included not just a Western Bypass but also changes to Sudbury Town Centre Traffic Management. It is unclear what these changes would be.
